Starting position

Stand facing a landmine with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the end of the bar at chest height with arms extended.

  1. 1

Brace your abs and keep your arms long.

  2. 2

Rotate your torso and pivot your feet to lower the bar in an arc toward one hip.

  3. 3

Drive the bar back up through centre and across to the other hip.

  4. 4

    Continue alternating under control.

Breathing: Exhale as you drive the bar across, inhale as it lowers.
