Starting position
Stand on one leg with the other leg lifted straight in front of you and arms reaching forward for counterbalance.
Bend the standing knee and sit your hips down and back under control.
Keep the free leg straight and off the floor as you descend.
Lower until your hamstring rests near your calf, keeping the standing heel flat.
Drive through the whole foot to stand back up without touching down the free leg.
Complete all reps, then switch legs.
Breathing: Inhale as you lower, exhale as you stand.
