Rise onto the balls of your feet as high as you can and hold for a second.
Lower your heels under control to the floor.
Keep rocking back onto your heels and lift your toes as high as possible.
Hold for a second, lower the toes and repeat.
Breathing: Exhale as you rise onto the toes and again as you lift them, inhale in between.

Slow rock, no bounce
Common mistakes
Swaying the hips to shift the weight
Bending the knees to help
Rushing past the pauses
Safety notes
Perform inside a rack with safeties set and start light: balance on the heels is harder than it looks.
