Ingredients
Method
- 1
Add the mango cubes, curd, milk and cardamom to the blender jar.
- 2
Blend on medium for 30 seconds, then on high for 20 seconds until smooth and pale orange with no fibres.
- 3
Add the ice and pulse twice to crush. Pour and serve immediately.
Tips
- Use a sweet variety such as Alphonso, Kesar or Banganapalli so you do not feel the need for sugar.
- If the curd is sour, add 1 tsp honey rather than 2 tbsp sugar.
Swaps
- Out of season? Use 150 g frozen mango pulp with no added sugar.
Storage
Drink within 2 hours; curd smoothies separate and turn sour quickly.
