Ingredients
Method
- 1
Blend the arils with the water on medium for 10 seconds only, just enough to burst them without grinding the seeds.
- 2
Pour through a sieve into a bowl, pressing with the back of a spoon, and discard the seeds. Rinse the jar.
- 3
Return the juice to the jar, add the curd, banana and ice, and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth and pink. Pour and serve.
Tips
- Deseed a pomegranate quickly by halving it and tapping the back firmly with a wooden spoon over a bowl.
- Deep red arils are sweeter; pale pink ones may need half a date blended in.
